One of the latest Kinabase features is the click-to-dial phone integration with YesTech phone systems. This new functionality allows you to click a phone number you would like to call, whether it be a client, a customer, or a recruiting candidate, and when you pick up the phone, the number you clicked will be dialled and ready to go for you.  

This will then prompt you to add a phone call activity to the record to take down your notes from the communication, and save manual clicks.

This simple integration eliminates the repetitive task of dialling phone numbers while also ensuring no typos are made. Albeit a small change, click-to-dial phone support makes a big difference for those in customer-facing roles or anyone who is on the phone frequently throughout the work day.
