You may already know you can dial a phone number by clicking on it in Kinabase, but what’s new is the ability to add an extension to your phone numbers. You now have the option to automatically add the correct extension to direct dial a contact when making a call. Besides speeding up the input process for future data, this also helps avoid mistakes and mis-dialed calls.

How does it work?

When adding a phone number field in a Kinabase collection, the Extension dropdown will appear automatically. From here you can select the extension you require.
