Task tracking in Kinabase just got a major upgrade. With our latest AI enhancement, you can now turn activities into actionable tasks effortlessly.
When you log an activity for a record - whether it's a note, an email, or a phone call - Kinabase's AI analyses the details and suggests relevant follow-up tasks to add to your task list. It's like having an extra team member to help you stay organised and focused.

How it works
- Navigate to a Record
In a collection with activities enabled, open the record where you'd like to log an activity. Learn more about managing activities here. - Add a New Activity
Click + Add and enter your activity - whether it's a note, email, phone call, or meeting. - Use AI to Suggest Tasks
Beneath the activity content box, click Suggest Tasks. The AI will generate task suggestions based on the activity details. - Select Tasks
- Add tasks by clicking the + button next to each suggestion.
- Need different suggestions? Click the New Suggestions to generate more ideas.
