Connect Shared Email Accounts

You can now link a shared email address (like support@yourcompany.com) to Kinabase via Microsoft Azure Communication Services. This feature ensures that your team can send consistent, professional emails using a unified account.

Send Bulk Emails Effortlessly

From within any collection - such as your Contacts collection - you can select recipients and send emails in bulk, directly from Kinabase. No need for extra tools or manual reports.

Getting Started:

Here's how to start using Outbound Emails today:

1. Connect Your Shared Email
   Heading to the Settings menu in Kinabase and navigate to Outbound Emails.
   Click + Add Email and provide:
   • Display Name
   • Email Address
   • Microsoft Azure Connection String

2. Start Sending Emails
   Open your Contacts collection, select the records you want to email, and click Send Email from the options menu. Choose to send emails as yourself or from the shared address.
