You can now automate outgoing emails as part of any Kinabase workflow - perfect for routine follow-ups, standardised reminders, or any process that needs consistent communication.

How to get started:
- Set Up Outbound Emails
Before you start, make sure your email client is configured in Settings → Outbound Emails. - Open Automations
Go to Settings, then select Automations. - Add a New Automation
Click + Add Automation and define your trigger (e.g., a new record is created, a task is completed, etc.). - Choose 'Send an Email'
Under Actions, you'll see the new Send an Email option. Provide the subject line, content, and any other relevant details. - Save & Test
Click OK to confirm. Always test your new automation internally first to ensure the emails look right and send correctly.
