Configuring Outlook Add-in


Kinabase has an Outlook add-in that allows you to add contacts and organisations from your emails directly into Kinabase, and log emails in the activity timeline.

Enabling Outlook Add-in

To enable the Outlook Add-in, you need to be an admin of your Kinabase organisation. You can enable the Outlook Add-In by navigating to the Email Integration page in Settings, and turning the switch on.

Set Up Outlook Add-in

The Outlook Add-in allows you to add Contacts and Organisations from your emails directly into Kinabase. To do this, you need select which collections represent Contacts and Organisations in your current set up.

By linking these collections, you can then select the fields that can be automatically filled in with the information from Outlook.
