Create new records using advanced automations
The newest automation functionality allows users to create new records when a specific event occurs in a workflow. For example, when a sales opportunity is marked as “won,” or a phase in a project is completed, an automation can be created to automatically create a new record for that “won” opportunity, or for the next project phase. These are just a few examples of how this new capability can be utilised in Kinabase.
To sum it up, we simply want to eliminate as much manual data entry as possible for you. Automatically creating new records, task reminders, and/or notifications can increase your process efficiency and eliminate human errors and forgetfulness.
Automations used to create new records are especially useful to sales teams, project management teams, Recruiters, and other types of teams or individuals that must move opportunities, project phases, or candidates through a pipeline and create a new record once a certain milestone has been reached.
