Add tasks and activities to multiple records at once
Kinabase now enables you to easily add activities and tasks to multiple different records at once, saving you time and effort. Sharing activities and tasks between numerous records can make your life a lot easier: No more copying and pasting!
Imagine you’ve just had a meeting with multiple different stakeholders – you can now easily save the follow-up notes and tasks against all the stakeholders’ records at once, ensuring these notes & tasks are shared and easily accessible.
Communication is key in all industries and being able to seamlessly share accurate records with all necessary parties is crucial. The new bulk-add feature makes this simple, streamlining your workflow and improving communication, ultimately saving time for everyone involved and ensuring more consistent communication; and thus more consistent outcomes for every project.
Here's how you can add a Task to multiple records in Kinabase:
- Highlight multiple records: Select all the records you wish to add a task to.
- Right-click and Add Related: Right-click on the selected records and hover over the 'Add Related' option.
- Click Add Task: Click the ‘Add Task’ button that appears.
- Set the Values: Set all the task specifics as normal: such as name, description, due date and assignees.
- Click Submit: You’re all done! This task is now shared amongst all the records you selected.
Pro tip: You can also use the same bulk-share process to log Activities against multiple records, simply follow the same steps, but add an activity instead of a task.
